Inviting Users

Once you've created user profiles, you need to send invitations so they can access BigBoard. This guide covers the invitation process for both trail staff and office users.

The Invitation Process

User invitations in BigBoard follow this workflow:

  1. Administrator sends invitation - You send an email invitation with setup instructions
  2. User receives invitation - They get an email with account activation link
  3. User completes setup - They set password and complete their profile
  4. Account is activated - User gains access to appropriate BigBoard features
